An African ape, which makes new nests every night. This is where the chimpanzee sleeps. There are 6 kinds of chimpanzee. The Common chimpanzee, the Central chimpanzee, the Western chimpanzee, the Nigeria-Cameroon chimpanzee, the Eastern chimpanzee and the Bonobo. Chimpanzees vary in color from pink to black. Chimpanzees live in large troops. They have 32 teeth.
